Let us come to you with a Private Cooking Class taught in the comfort of your own kitchen! Whether you’re just getting started cooking, are a seasoned cook looking to level up your game, or are looking for a night to remember, we can help!
Simply Select your Menu from the choices below, Select a Date for your class, and Pay the Deposit to Book. Chef John will respond to answer any questions and confirm any last minute details. Then he’ll show up on class day with all equipment and food so you can simply have fun improving your skills cooking and learning with Chef John!

Pecan Crusted Butternut Gratin, Sautéed Mustard Greens with Caramelized Onions, and a Dijon Pan Sauce
Seared Pork Tenderloin/Chicken Breast/Salmon *AGF
Homemade Pizza Dough (learn to mix, hand stretch/toss, store, top, and bake) with a variety of toppings, Tomato and White Sauces, Homemade Garlic Knots, and Giardiniera. Toppings determined after booking- pepperoni/cured meat choice, onions, spinach, mushrooms, artichokes, etc., etc., etc. We’ll discuss and build your favorite combos or introduce you to new ones! All classes come with Recipe/Info Packet, in-depth understanding and practice of all techniques, answers to any related cooking questions, plus stories from Chef John’s life in professional kitchens, mantras to live and cook by, and at least a few bad jokes (sorry!)!
Class price covers the first 2 participants.
Additional participants are $75 each and are limited by the size of the kitchen (max~6ppl).
