This Series will change your cooking world forever! This is a year of Culinary School ($40k+) distilled into just 12 hours and designed for home cooks. Our Essential Series of Classes is designed to give you fundamental knowledge and practice with: All Food Types (Vegetables, Fruit, Grains, Spices, etc.) and Essential Tools in a Kitchen Food Safety and Kitchen Set Up Cooking Skills and Techniques for Each Classical Method of Cooking All Classical Types of Sauce, Major World Cuisines, and How to Utilize and Create Recipes and Meals like a Chef Tips, Tricks, Stories and So Much More! THIS SERIES DATES: CLASS 1 - SUNDAY JANUARY 12, 2025 1-5 PM CLASS 2 - SUNDAY JANUARY 26, 2025 1-5:30 PM CLASS 3 - SUNDAY FEBRUARY 2, 2025 1-5 PM Please be advised that classes may run a little over time as they are adjusted slightly to each class based on skill level and interest in certain topics.
